FAQ

When will my order ship?

  • We do our best to ship out as fast as possible so you can begin enjoying your new skincare asap! Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment has processed. Please note, we are not open on major holidays or weekends.

 Where will my order ship from and how long will it take to receive?

  • All orders ship from our warehouse in Burnsville, Minnesota. Once a package has been shipped, it can take 3-7 business days for it to arrive at your destination.

Do you ship internationally?

  • While we hope to be able to ship internationally soon, right now we are only able to ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii.  

My package was damaged in transit – help!

  • We are so sorry about that! Please send an email to myesthi@amberbudd.com with the order number, your name and photos of the damage and we will assist you within normal business hours. Please save the original shipping box and merchandise until we have determined what the best course of action will be.

What shipping options do you have?

  • Orders with a subtotal of $150.00 or more qualify for free shipping
    Orders with a subtotal $149.99 or less have a flat shipping rate of $7.00

Is your packing recyclable?

  • YES! We'd love it if you recycled all of your product packaging, as well as the box, packing peanuts and tissue used in the shipment of your order. The packing peanuts are biodegradable in water, so you can put them in your sink and turn the faucet on to watch them dissolve immediately instead of filling your recycle bin!

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

  • When we receive your order and payment is processed, we do our best to get your order out as soon as possible, which means there is a very small frame of time to stop the order before it is packed and ready to go. For this reason, no changes can be made to your order once it is placed.

Can I exchange a product?

  • At this time, we do not offer exchanges on any of our products.

 Do you have discounts or promo codes I can use?

  • Please sign up for our emails and follow us on Instagram @my.esthi if you haven’t already. This is the first place you will learn about new products, news, and specials, including discount codes.

Do you test your products on animals?

  • No we do not test our products on animals, and we don’t work with brands that do either. So you can rest assured anything you purchase on this site is cruelty free.
  • Full disclosure: there are a few animal by-products used in the products, (example: beeswax) but they are sourced in ways that will not harm the animals.

Is it safe to use your products while I'm pregnant or nursing?

  • All of our products are safe for pregnant or nursing women, except Structure and Eliminate. However, please check with your doctor before using anything new during this exciting time in your life!
